Refundable 20% security deposit required with final balance payment.

On departure the house must be handed back in the same clean condition of that it was received including bedding and towels otherwise a minimum cleaning charge of $100 will apply and will be deducted from the security deposit.

Minimum 50% deposit required at time of booking.
